Optimising and managing the cost flow of the HR area can be a complex process when the geographical extent is wide, and therefore results in a mix of different Payroll & Benefits systems. Our customer is a leading Italian luxury fashion house in the industry worldwide, and the customer’s request was to have a single system that supported business decisions through more effective collaboration between the HR function and other business areas.

The Axiante team has taken up the challenge, developing a global digital solution to support the consolidation, planning and reporting of personnel costs, usable by all branches.
The platform is also able to enhance the immense wealth of information, extracting aggregate data from heterogeneous sources and generating over 40 types of reports on a relational basis and with the smallest detail.
