The situation of recent times, in which we see the needs of customers in continuous evolution, a change in the competitive scenario with increasingly blurred boundaries between sectors and innovations that allow to manage wide needs, has accelerated the evolution of the insurance segment, changing all logic.

A change of model

On this drive to change, the Insurance segment has gone from a refund model after a claim, to one in which the operator is at the center of an ecosystem consisting of disparate services that converge with each other.
The current transformation is sharpened by the interventions of the institutions, through incentives and targeted infrastructure policies, which can encourage the development of the demand and the ability to offer these new models.
Embracing digital technologies means not only reducing administrative activity, but also facilitating the possibility of focusing on strategic and complex landscapes and risks.
